Novellino Wines breaks into California USA.

Novellino Wines produced by Bel Mondo Italia Corp. made its debut in US supermarkets and wine stores last October 2006 as it shipped its first full-container load of Novellino Wines to California.

License to export Novellino to the US came after some two years of development work, involving extensive research and adherence to California’s strict standards in the wine industry.

Says Nonoy Quimbo, BMIC founder and president, “This is truly an

important milestone in our company history. To market Philippine-bottled wines in California, one of the world’s fine wine regions, is not only a recognition of the high quality of our products but of the acceptance by foreign consumers of the Filipino taste in wine.”

LB Imports and SIMEX International are the appointed importer and distributor respectively for the US market.

Novellino wines are now available in major supermarkets as well as oriental stores in California like Pacific Super, Seafood City, Lion Supermart and Arco to name a few.
