Each bottle of Novellino wine is produced in a state-of-the-art facility complete with the latest in Italian winemaking technology.
Temperature-controlled, pressurized giant stainless steel tanks
Novellino wines’ unique sweet taste profile is derived from the process of partial fermentation wherein the fermentation process is stopped once the desired alcohol level is reached and before all of the sugar content in the grape juice has been converted into alcohol. Partial fermentation is done in these refrigerated stainless steel tanks.
Filtration
Aside from its sweet character, Novellino also prides itself in its high quality and safety standards. The wine goes through several stages of filtration and micro-filtration (10 microns, 1 micron, .45 micron) to ensure that each bottle of Novellino is clean and clear for consumption.
Bottling
Investments in high-speed bottling, drying and labelling machines makes Novellino's production capability at par with the best in the world and enables it to cope with the ever rising demand for its wines.
Quality Control
Consistency and safety are just one of the many reasons behind Novellino’s success over the years. We go to great lengths testing every aspect of the product from acidity, color, purity, etc. in order to deliver the same wine that you loved the first time around.
